Can you service other areas outside of Indiana?
- Yes, we travel wherever our services are needed, and you still get the same quality of customer service that you would receive if you were our next door neighbour. We have done work in Missouri, Michigan and Canada. We are prepared to go where you need us.

- You can order from us by simply calling our office and speaking with one of our sales professionals.

What are your hours of operation?
- Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and our offices are not open on Saturday or Sunday, however we have technicians on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week! That makes us available when you need us!

What is your return policy?
-Generally our used items are sold "as is" however, should you have a problem with an item please call our customer service. The return policy for new items would be based on what the product is. Also some returns might be based on the vendor's return policy.
