A note from Donna

Thanks for all the cards, thoughts, prayers sent to us after Bill’s passing. Bill’s last thoughts were for the company ensuring that his legacy continues well into the future.

Bill and I had developed both a transitional plan and a permanent plan for our continued success when the time came in which he would no longer be active in the company.

In the last thirty months, Bill and I began a staff development program. Our techs attended more training schools, our inside personnel handled more day to day responsibilities, and our sales staff led by sales manager, Spencer Sterling, were targeted to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Due to our great staff, all of our expectations were met.

Bill and I wanted to keep the company intact and not dismantle or sell the company. Bill’s vision was for the company to grow and continue to offer the superior service for which Williams is known.

Knowing that Bill’s shoes are impossible to fill, but also knowing that in order to carry Bill’s legacy forward we needed to add someone that also had Bill’s vision and the vision of our staff. We will soon be welcoming Matt Millard into the company. Matt is a graduate engineer, and for the past few years has been national and international sales director for a software company.

Bill and Matt have had many discussions in the last thirty months of the company’s future. Matt will join us February 20th, 2012. We at Williams are very excited. Please join us in welcoming him.
